Whiting Petroleum to sell assets in North Dakota's Bakken for $500 million
Whiting Petroleum Corporation has agreed to sell its Fort Berthold Indian Reservation area assets, located in Dunn and McLean Counties, N.D., to RimRock Oil and Gas Williston, LLC. The cash purchase price is $500 million, subject to customary adjustments. More »
