CNOOC Limited has announced that CNOOC China Limited, its subsidiary, has signed a Cooperation Framework Agreement with China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation (Sinopec Corp.) regarding the sea areas of Bohai, Beibu Gulf and South Yellow Sea, as well as North Jiangsu basin. More »
