CandJ Energy Services to acquire O-Tex Holdings, Inc.

CandJ Energy Services, Inc., has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire O-Tex Holdings, Inc. and its operating subsidiaries, including O-Tex Pumping, LLC (O-Tex). More »
