Gazprom Neft, Repsol sign MOU for development in Russia

Gazprom Neft has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Spain’s Repsol. The Memorandum outlines areas for evolving collaboration through a joint enterprise to develop hydrocarbon resources in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra.
