Baker Hughes, GE merger to close July 3, following stockholder approval

Baker Hughes Incorporated has announced that more than 99% of the votes cast at the special meeting of Baker Hughes stockowners were voted to approve the previously announced combination of Baker Hughes with General Electric Company’s oil and gas business (GE Oil and Gas).
