Targa expands Permian footprint with acquisition of multiple assets
HOUSTON -- Targa Resources has executed definitive agreements to acquire 100% of the membership interests of Outrigger Delaware Operating, LLC, Outrigger Southern Delaware Operating, LLC and Outrigger Midland Operating, LLC.
