Det norske acquires Noreco’s Norwegian portfolio
Det norske oljeselskap has entered into an agreement with Noreco Norway to acquire Noreco’s Norwegian license portfolio, including a $5.2 million (NOK 45 million) cash balance. The effective date of the transaction is Jan. 1, 2016.
