Encana’s DJ basin sale to close in second quarter
Encana Corp.’s wholly owned subsidiary, Encana Oil and Gas (USA) Inc., expects the sale of its DJ basin assets to Crestone Peak Resources—95% owned by Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and 5% by The Broe Group—to close in the second quarter of 2016. More »
