HKN Energy receives approval of Sarsang Development Plan from Kurdistan

HKN Energy Ltd. announced Monday that the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq (KRG) has formally approved its Sarsang Development Plan, which projects increasing production to 50,000 bopd.
